Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of OnoVideo, a product of Clucker Lab Corp ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

OnoVideo lets you produce a finished short-form video by having voice conversations with an AI agent that directs the shoot and records on your device. We process the resulting audio and video to assemble, caption, and export your video.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use OnoVideo.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the recordings and videos you create. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and deliver them to you. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you record, including the consent of anyone appearing in it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not record people without their knowledge or consent where consent is required.
Do not use OnoVideo to create unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

5. SMS messaging terms

Program: OnoVideo Notifications
Content: Video-ready notifications, profile reminders, and account alerts. No marketing or promotional messages.
Frequency: Message frequency varies; typically one to four messages per month.
Cost: We charge nothing. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.

Cancel: Reply STOP at any time. Reply START to resubscribe.

You may opt in through the form at onovideo.com, which also appears on our SMS Notifications page. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of using any other part of OnoVideo. After you opt in we send one confirmation message; you must reply YES before any further messages are sent.

Supported on most US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile opt-in data — it is never shared with third parties.

6. Fees

Where OnoVideo is offered on a paid basis, pricing and billing terms are presented at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Termination

You may stop using OnoVideo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

OnoVideo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clucker Lab Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app or by email.
