Privacy Policy

OnoVideo is a product of Clucker Lab Corp ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use OnoVideo, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the OnoVideo mobile app, our websites, and our text message and voice services.

1. Information we collect

Account information. Your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide it — your mobile phone number.
Content you create. Audio and video you record in the app, and the transcripts and finished videos we generate from it.
Conversation data. Recordings and transcripts of voice conversations with our AI agents, which we use to produce your video and to personalize later sessions.
Usage information. Log data such as device type, app version, IP address, and timestamps.
Consent records. When you opt in to text messages, we record the mobile number, the date and time, the exact consent language shown to you, and the IP address or call identifier the consent came from.

2. How we use information

To produce, store, and deliver the videos you create.
To operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
To send you the messages you have asked for, including text notifications when your video is ready.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Text messaging and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You may opt in to OnoVideo text notifications through the form at onovideo.com, which also appears on our SMS Notifications page. We send a single confirmation text, and you must reply YES before we send anything further.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP to any message for help, or STOP at any time to cancel. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to use any other part of OnoVideo.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it — for example cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services), voice AI processing (ElevenLabs), and messaging delivery (Twilio). We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

As stated in section 3, mobile opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing and are never provided to third parties.

5. Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Recordings, transcripts, and finished videos are retained until you delete them or close your account. Consent records are retained for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable messaging regulations.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audited infrastructure to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data in line with industry practice.

7. Your choices

Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them.
Email us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information.
Delete recordings and videos from within the app at any time.

8. Children

OnoVideo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
